Insurance
We currently participate in several insurance programs. Please call our office during regular business hours for details. In order to assist you better in determining your insurance questions and coverage, please have your insurance in hand at that time.
Surgical Financing
Patients that are undergoing a procedure that is not covered by insurance can apply for special financing. Please note that LASIK is a covered expense under your employer-provided flex-spending program or cafeteria plan. Contact your Human Resources Department for details about your individual program.
If your employer/benefits carrier is not listed above and you are interested in becoming part of our program please call our refractive surgery coordinator. They would be happy to answer all of your financing questions. By clicking on the images you can apply for financing through CareCredit.
